This album is so gorgeous it makes me cry. Also rhythmic inspiration for days... Superficially it's '90s alternative' but with the drums and bass pushed up so far in the mix and the guitar playing more rhythmic patterns than melodic ones it's very Joy Division (if Joy Division were actually good).
